Extending the anatomy of a choir

Ungoing artistic research into extending the voice:

By experimenting with vocal extensions and testing  prototypes with various performers and in different contexts, I hope to create new tools for singing and experimenting with the voice. Making vocal pieces where I use these prototypes. This research may offer new insights into choir performance, allowing for experimental listening. I don’t know yet where it will lead me, but I have this urge to explore this field. I feel there are new things to discover here and that excites me. 🙂

n my writing i explore historical tools and instruments that have amplified, altered, or reshaped the voice across time, voices and horns, masks that reshape the voice and machines. Along writing a  thesis, I try to explore this research in a practical matter.

Voices, AI, motors, physical resonance, space, movement tracking, water, aluminium foil, pipes.
